About this site

This website describes our breeding programme and lets you apply for a puppy or join our waitlist. Using it means accepting these terms.

Applications are not contracts

Submitting an application does not reserve a puppy, create any obligation on our part, or guarantee that we will offer you one. We place puppies at our discretion based on what we think is right for the puppy and for you.

Deposits

We only request a deposit after reviewing your application and speaking with you. The terms of any deposit, including what is and is not refundable, are set out in the purchase contract, which you can read in full on our guarantee page before you commit to anything. Where these terms and the contract disagree, the contract governs.

Information on this site

We keep availability, pricing, and litter details as current as we can, but they change — sometimes within a day. Nothing here is a binding offer. Health testing results are published in good faith and can be verified independently through the registries we link to.

Photographs and content

All photographs and text on this site are ours. Please do not reuse them. Puppy scams frequently work by copying a real breeder’s photographs onto a fake site, so if you have seen our images elsewhere, we would genuinely like to know.

The puppy cam

The cam is provided as a courtesy and we make no promise about uptime. It goes off when the puppies are moved, when we need privacy, and when the internet in our part of the world decides to. Please do not record, restream, or redistribute it.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits our obligations under the purchase contract or under any rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
